WE RESPOND ACCORDINGLY TO OUR EVENT SCHEDULE. ONCE THE CONTACT FORM IS COMPLETED, JASMINE, OUR LEAD BALLOON STYLIST WILL FOLLOW UP WITHIN 48 HOURS TO SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION. 

 

WE REQUEST THAT EVENTS ARE BOOKED AT LEAST 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE! IF YOUR EVENT DATE IS LESS THAN THE 4 WEEK TIMEFRAME, IF APPLICABLE, WE ACCEPT RUSH EVENTS. RUSH EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $150 RUSH FEE.

 

ALL EVENTS REQUIRE A 50% RETAINER TO SECURE EVENT DATE. YOUR EVENT DATE IS NOT ADDED TO THE CALENDAR UNTIL RETAINER HAS BEEN PAID. RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
